1. Equipment Operation

All equipment will be operated exclusively by CXT Heavy Equipment personnel. Our operators are professionally trained, certified, and experienced in handling specific equipment types. This policy ensures optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and protection of both equipment and work site.

2. Rental Terms

Minimum rental duration requirements: - Excavators & Bulldozers: 8-hour minimum - Boom Trucks & Cranes: 4-hour minimum - Forklifts & Manlifts: 4-hour minimum - Dump Trucks: Full day rental (8 hours) Early termination will still be charged for the minimum duration.

3. Payment Terms

- 50% down payment required for booking confirmation - Remaining balance due before equipment deployment - Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card - For rentals exceeding one week, weekly billing arrangements available - Security deposit may be required for certain equipment

4. Idle Time Charges

Idle time charges apply in the following situations: - Weather delays: 50% of hourly rate - Site access issues: Full hourly rate - Client-caused delays: Full hourly rate - Minimum 4-hour charge per day once equipment is on site - Standby time must be agreed upon in advance

4. Safety Requirements

All equipment must be operated by qualified personnel. The renter must comply with all safety guidelines and local regulations. Proper PPE must be used at all times.

5. Insurance

Renters must provide proof of insurance coverage for rented equipment. CXT Equipment must be listed as an additional insured party on the insurance policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.

7. Liability

CXT Equipment is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment use or malfunction. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid.
